Leading componentry: The QPower Pacelink range offers Japanese Yanmar engines in the 10 to 40kva range coupled to oversize alternators to aid motor starting or conversion to single phase without derating. QPower has selected Leroy Somer alternators with System 4 insulation designed for harsh environments such as agriculture, mining, traction and rail applications. System 4 is particularly suitable to New Zealand maritime climate with a special coating designed to protect against saline mist.

The 60 KVA and 200 KVA options are powered by FPT IVECO engines and MECC ALTE alternators.

Control System: The control system is the ComAp AMF 25 controller, now the most widely used generator controller world-wide. The AMF 25 offers three applications in one controller being MRS manual with remote start, AMF automatic mains failure or Hybrid mains and generator at AC side: battery, PV & load at DC side. Geo fencing, remote monitoring and control are also available as options.

Quality build and quiet: All of the above is housed in an acoustic canopy designed to minimise noise. The canopy is polyester powder coated over zinc steel sitting on a galvanised steel base frame with a bunded 12 hour minimum run time diesel tank.
