Don is the managing director of QPower. He has 20 years experience in the generator sales, hire and service business. He has been involved in numerous standby power projects large and small throughout the South Island. Stuart was the founder and principal shareholder of Hirequip, New Zealand’s largest general equipment hire company. After Hirequip was sold in 2006 he focused his business activities on the energy sector, taking a lead interest in Kawatiri Energy’s Lake Rochfort Hydro Scheme and forming QPower with Don. Stuart brings a wealth of commercial and financial experience to the company.
Craig joined QPower as the regional manager for the lower South Island based at our Dunedin Branch and is now General Manager NZ. Craig has a strong working knowledge of the South Island and is intent on growing the business with a focus on customer solutions bringing repeat business.
Craig has worked on the tools in both automotive and heavy transport. From 2008 till 2014 Craig worked for TransDiesel as sales territory manager for the lower South Island selling ENI lubricants and then moving on to sell construction equipment before taking up his current position at QPower.
Garry is QPower's North Island Hire and Sales Manager, based in the Penrose, Auckland office. He is a senior sales engineer and qualified electrician and has spent the last 4 years in the utility field serving electrical networks and city councils. Garry’s focus is on customer service, increasing QPowers’ presence in Genset sales and hire markets in the North Island.
Darren is the Market Development Manager for the Upper South Island based in CHCH. He has extensive experience in the generator / hire industry having worked in the industry for a number of years. Prior to moving to the generator / hire industry he spent a number of years selling capital equipment for market leaders in several different sectors. Darren is looking forward to promoting QPower’s market leading products and services and building long term customer relationships.
